ALLYSHIP

WE AIM TO CONTRIBUTE TO A MORE EQUITABLE WORLD.

Founded by a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, who grew up in a community less than accepting of that, we feel strongly about investing in allyship in a practical way.

To us, this means keeping our dollars in our local BIPOC and LGBTQIA+-owned businesses and, to the best of our ability, supporting local organizations working to empower and support underserved communities.

OUR BRAND VALUES

IT’S NOT ENOUGH TO HAVE A POLICY IN PLACE OR TO SAY THAT WE ARE ALLIES.

We believe that as a business and member of the local community, we need to educate ourselves, spend money in local minority-owned businesses, and connect with others working towards the same ideals to contribute to a more equitable world.

OUR FAVORITE RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONS WE SUPPORT

To follow our brand values, we’re proud to share our favorite resources, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ owned businesses, organizations supporting these communities, and media that helps the TBC team continue learning and growing in our allyship
