  • The answer is almost certainly - yes. The whole idea behind The Boutique COO is that it’s your one-stop shop for support for your business. We’ve worked on everything from full business launches to setting up personal appointments, and pretty much everything in between. We also take matching you with a project manager very seriously, making sure your personal project manager has the skills to tackle the projects on your plate. Just ask and I’m sure we can find a creative way to work together!

  • Here to help! We’ve found that the best way to start with a new client is to start small. Pick one task or project that has been on your mind (think: that to-do that somehow keeps rolling over on your to-do list). We can start there with no commitment and go from there!

  • We’re big advocates of being available to you during your working hours. This is why our whole team is based in the pacific northwest of the US, so we’re online when you’re working (including weekends if your business operates then!) During your onboarding, we’ll discuss your preferred communication style and adapt to you - whether that’s by phone, Zoom, email, or any other virtual communication method.

  • For VA services we offer both retainer packages and hourly rates, varying by service. For operations and financial support projects, you can choose from one of our preset packages or we can make you one to match your exact needs. Each price is customized depending on your needs and level of operations support and services, so you have the right price for your business needs.

  • We use Toggl to track all our hours. If you'd like to receive a report of how the time was spent on your various administrative tasks, that is available upon request.

  • You'll pay 50% of the total project fee down before the project starts and then pay the remaining 50% once the project is complete. For virtual assistant services, you pay 2x per month at the hourly rate or at your retainer rate.
