  • The answer is almost certainly - yes. The whole idea behind The Boutique COO is that it’s your one-stop shop for support for your business. We’ve worked on everything from full business launches to setting up personal appointments, and pretty much everything in between. We also take matching you with a project manager very seriously, making sure your personal project manager has the skills to tackle the projects on your plate. Just ask and I’m sure we can find a creative way to work together!

  • For VA, bookkeeping, and marketing support services we offer both retainer packages and hourly rates, varying by service.

    Hours will depend on your needs and level of involvement in the creation process so you can tailor the price to your business needs & skill set.

    For executive-level business & social media strategy sessions, you can book our executive-level advisors by the hour. You can decide with your advisor how you want to structure your coaching and if you'd like any ongoing support or just one-off strategy sessions.

    We don’t charge any upfront fees & no commitment is needed to get started!

  • Nope! We want to make it as easy as possible for you. You can hire us by the hour, for even just 1 hour!

    Some specialized marketing tasks like social media and copywriting will be charged at $50/hour.

  • The price point will depend on how much social media marketing support your business needs and how often you post content on your social media channels to keep your followers engaged. 

    We can work with you to develop a content schedule that works within your budget and adjust the fee month-to-month based on results.

    Here are some examples of marketing support prices: 

    1. Say your social media tasks include 3 stories, 2 posts, & 2 reels per week, and you also want us to handle your monthly newsletter; you’d likely spend around ~$850/month (on average).

    2. On the other hand, if you only need social media support and only need 2 stories, 1 post, & 1 reel per week, it would be ~$325/month (on average).

  • The price point will depend on how much bookkeeping support your business needs and the state of your books when you come to us.

    We can work with you to develop a bookkeeping plan within your budget and adjust the monthly fee based on the results.
